To me it seems more like after reaching a 0.055 peak value, people sold to get their money. There was a gap to fill at 0.043 so it was filled. Now there is no more share at that price and the value of the shares can go up again.
If ATOS had wanted to drop the value of its shares to not having them too high before the reverse split that is planned, I guess they would have done something more impactful. We're almost back to yestearday's value, and I bet we'll reach it back by the end of the day. Not a share value manipulation attempt in my opinion.

Well I guess that we managed to resist on the pressure due to the positive news last days. I will not sell any shares by the end of the year, even will add more.

hi I believe it went to 0.0021 and not 0.00021. reverse split is also supposed to increase the stock attractiveness. Future will confirm or not the recovery. I believe it will 🤑

I don't believe either in any 'share value manipulation' driven by Atos itself.
But I think, yes, that the (little) speeding up of the timing of the 'Reverse Stock Split' could be related to the shares repurchase program of Atos. Both of which were approved by the shareholders on January 31st, 2025.

While I don't believe in any 'invisible hand' over the market [and Adam Smith never defended a naive conception of this idea in his 'Theory of Moral Sentiments' (1759) where it is exposed], I nonetheless believe that the more one lends money to any entity, the more one is careful with the information he or she gets and looks for about that very entity. So a kind of implicit partial coordination often occurs between all the actors implied, as long as they get exposed to the same information and as long as they do understand something quite similar.

Shortly said: Atos' shares repurchase program and its maximal price of €50 per share were known since the end of December 2024 (through the pre-presentation of all the resolutions to be subjected to a vote during the past Shareholders' General Meeting of January 31st, 2025) ; this resolution has been broadly approved by the (voting) shareholders on January the 31st. [I also approved it. By the time, the share price was €0.0022.]

But the missing information remained the one of the 'Reverse Stock Split' (when; how much). All we knew was that this 'grouping' or 'clustering' of shares ('regroupement') would happen inside a range of 1 to 10,000, before the end of May 2025. And it was quite reasonable to assume that it would stand between 1,000:1 and 10,000:1. We knew it would occur "as soon as possible" (dixit Philippe Salle, 2025.01.31), but as administration moves can sometimes be quite slow, it was a reasonable expectation to assume it could probably not happen before April 2025.

This morning, we got the information that it will be a 10,000:1, to occur on March the 25th.
That is to say: The maximal price for the re-purchase program of Atos is to be €0.005 (i.e. €50).

So yes, I think that Atos' shares lately great success perhaps accelerated (a bit) the process. So, Atos has probably now to speed up: The recovery could be (somewhat) faster than expected. And by now the shareholders are probably expecting, I guess, a rough temporary stabilisation around €0.005 (i.e. €50), for then, after the repurchase program completion, to keep moving up. The resolution adopted (2025.01.31) mentioned a repurchase program not exceeding 18 months (but obviously, things are moving faster. Which is quite good news.)

Well, there will be stabilization, but I guess around 0.004, not 0.005. I also guess a slight drop in Monday, and will hold it until any positive new related to ATOS. I think the next week, EC will meet again, or the leaders of EU, which might provoke a new growth. Well, a speculation by my side. And, for me, ATOS is not interested in significant increase of the share price now. They want slow, but permanent increase after the split. We will see... if the share price drops to 0.004, I will add another 150k shares.
